“Spooktacular” Fun for the Whole Family
Olympic, World, US Champions and More to Perform in 15 City Halloween on Ice Tour
September 10, 2015: “Nancy Kerrigan’s Halloween on Ice” returns to arenas this fall with a 15 city North American tour. The show’s promoter, Jerry Solomon, announced today the final cast which is loaded with Olympic, World and National championship medalists.
“It is great to see these world renowned skaters take off their competition outfits and perform in costume to Halloween themed music” said Solomon. “It always seems to bring out a side of them that the audience doesn’t normally get to see. The fans are in for a real treat.”
The 2015 Tour cast includes:
Nancy Kerrigan – 2 time Olympic medalist, World Champion medalist, and US National Champion
Johnny Weir – 3 time US Champion, 2 time Olympian, and World medalist
Kurt Browning – 4 time World Champion
Alissa Czisny – 2 time US National Champion
Jozef Sabovcik – Olympic Bronze medalist
Nicole Bobek – US National Champion, Olympic team member
Denney & Coughlin – 2 time U.S. national champions
Navarro & Bommentre – 2 time US bronze medalists, Four Continents bronze medalists
Akop Manoukian & Aidas Reklys – Acrobatic and pyrotechnic figure skating pair extraordinaire
Alex Murphy – “Skating with the Stars” winner, professional figure skater
Shawn Sawyer – 3 time Canadian national bronze medalist
“I am really excited about this year’s cast,” said two-time Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan whose love of Halloween got the show started in 1995. “From Johnny’s colorful costumes, to Kurt’s fun choreography, some acrobatic elements from Nicole and Akop & Aidas, this is going to be a fantastic night of skating and entertainment! I hope to see you all at the show.”
Each show will include a variety of opportunities for the fans to go behind the scenes and interact with the skaters with options including a VIP post show “meet and greet,” costume contest for kids, skating experiences, picture taking options and more.
Tickets for Halloween on Ice are available at each arena’s box office or at Ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices range from $25 to $85. The post show meet and greet with the skaters is available for an additional $75. For more show information go to www.halloweenonice.com.
U.S. Figure Skating is partnering with Halloween on Ice and will work with local figure skating clubs to offer various opportunities associated with the tour, including the U.S. Figure Skating Club Program and U.S. Figure Skating Synchronized Program. In addition, SkateFests will provide a participation opportunity for the community at large.

Halloween on Ice began in 1995 as a vehicle for Kerrigan following her Silver Medal performance in the 1994 Olympics. This year’s tour will be held at SMG arenas, and begins on October 8 in Wilkes-Barre, PA and continues through the end of October, concluding in Grand Rapids, MI.
Halloween on Ice is a StarGames production in conjunction with Rooftop2 . Tour sponsors include Party City, Musselman’s Applesauce and Flex24. The tour is sanctioned by US Figure Skating. Venue operator SMG manages each arena on the tour.
